Fact |
If Preston Blake was really 100 yards from Mt. Everest's peak, he should have had on a oxygen mask or he would have died in the thin air. |

Fact |
When Blake is frozen at the top of Mt. Everest which is approx. 30,000 feet tall, a Helicopter is used to pick him up and take him down. No helicopter has ever climbed and will probably never be able to climb 6 miles. For one, a chopper's rotor does not rotate fast enough to cut through the air like a 600mph airliner, and at 30,000 ft. the air is way too thin to hover or even fly. Most choppers' ceiling is around 15,000 ft, half mt everest. |

When Deeds is showing the butler his black foot, he has the butler hit it with the fire place poker. The butler gets carried away and stabs the poker through his foot virtually nailing it to the floor. When they show the butler start hitting the foot. Deeds heel of the black foot is roughly 6 or so inches from the front of the couch. When the butler stabs the poker through his foot Deeds screams acting like it hurt and scares the butler. BUT when the sceen changes to the side view where you can see the poker going through the foot and into the floor. The foot is (no pun intented) about a foot and half from the front of the couch. He could not have moved his foot 12 inches if it was nailed to the floor. |

When the "mugger" runs away and Deeds goes after him, the two trash cans are shown. The one closest can clearly been seen as being a bit away from the wall, but in the scene where the mugger runs into it, it is right up against the wall. |

When the mugger hits the ground, he falls on the stolen handbag. When he gets up he doesn't have it on him anymore. When Deeds finishes beating him up, he collects the handbag no where near where the mugger dropped it. Also the handbag, when looking at where it is picked up from, should have been shown while he was getting beat up - it isn't. |

When Deeds is helping the lady find her cats so she will leave the burning building, he's already found six out the window and she says 'Now where's Fluffy' or something like that. You can see a black cat on the counter behind her, yet the one that Deeds finds is an orange tabby under the coffee table (the one on fire) So that means that there are 8 cats. |

Deeds and the woman jump from the window, leaving the black cat on top of the stove to burn in the fire. All seven cats were obviously not rescued. |

The most flame retardent box of cereal ever! When Deeds saves the woman from the burning building, there is a box of cereal next to the window that is on fire, and only on fire at the top of the box. The scene takes three or four minutes, yet through it all the fire never spreads to the rest of the box or dies out. The top just keeps on burning. |

As the scene goes on, it shows another shot of him and now the same ball is about 5 feet away, and there aren't any other balls on the screen. |

While Deeds and Chuck Cedar are playing tennis, Cecil is shown a couple of times sitting up on the umpire's chair apparently calling the game. In those closeup shots of him, there is an umbellra visible above and behind him. But when the court is shown in a wide shot several times, there is no umbrella above or behind where Cecil is sitting. In those wide shots, the closest one is at least ten feet away and to his side. |

Fact |
When the girl falls into the ice and Deeds come to save her you would think that she is just a tad bit cold. Well if you look the girl and deeds have no breath. if there is ice, snow, and a frozen lake should'nt it be cold enough to see there breath? |

|
Fact |
Exactly how strong is the ice in New Hampshire? First, they show Pam Dawson walking across it, making it about halfway across, and then falling through. Deeds arrives a minute later, drives his bike onto the frozen pond, and stands only a few feet away from the open hole. Then, when she starts drowning, and he clears a spot to ram his foot through, Pam puts her face right up to the ice, only an inch or two from the surface, and on top of that, Deeds is standing right there! This must be some strong ice, if an inch of it doesn't break right under your feet. |

|
Fact |
When "Pam Dawson" falls in the ice near the end, you can clearly see the snow is fake, since it floats on water for a long time and is still pure white, while real snow melts or goes grey fairly quickly. |
